Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Packaging

All products are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs when appropriate. Lyophilized powders are stable at ambient temperature for transit but are packaged to minimize temperature exposure.

Service Area

We currently ship within the United States only, excluding the restricted states listed below. International shipping is not available at this time.

State Restrictions

There are currently no state-level shipping restrictions in effect. This list is monitored and updated as regulations change. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the purchase and possession of research compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction.

International Orders

The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and compliance with destination-country law. We are not responsible for parcels seized or delayed by customs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
