All products sold by Mulholland Labs are intended for laboratory research use only. Products are NOT intended for:

• Veterinary use
• Diagnostic or therapeutic purposes
• Use as drugs, supplements, or food additives

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you will use products solely for legitimate laboratory research conducted by qualified personnel.

3. Age Requirement

4. Product Information

Product descriptions, compound profiles, and educational content on this site are based on published preclinical and in-vitro research literature. 5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept credit/debit cards and USDC stablecoin.

6. Shipping & Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. Certain states may have restrictions on the purchase or possession of specific compounds. 7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in original condition. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or partially consumed are not eligible for return. See our Returns Policy for full details.

You agree not to resell or redistribute products without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mulholland Labs provides products "as-is" for research purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose. 13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Mulholland Labs.
